Refund policy

For domestic orders (In Egypt) we allow for refunds or exchanges for another size or item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items on sale can only be exchanged, and are not eligible for refunds.

However, If you do not wish to exchange we can issue store credit with a 6 month validity.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.

1. Your Order #

2. The Item you would like to exchange or return

3. The new item/size you would like to receive instead
